Looking a little like a segment of bamboo this dish is unique in its shape. It has a variety of uses as a small serving dish and in particular is perfect for a selection of sushi for one person. It is also perfect as a utensil holder next to the stove as you are cooking, stirring, cooking stirring and so on.
