Perfect storage for items that wont be affected from the damp like tea and coffee bags, sugar, rice and pasta or even items in the bathroom like cotton wool balls. Modern trends were showing that our customers were wanting something more ‘clean-cut’ and simple so we took to the drawing board to achieve this without losing our very cute Pukeko character which is loved around the world. The result was to give the Pukeko an uncluttered crisp white background and to ground it with a bit of grass. And just for fun we gave it a dragonfly to play with! To tie it in with the original blue design we have coloured the insides of all the vessels and the under sides of all the plates and dishes with our signature rich cobolt blue stain.
